Join the BLINK Team as our new General Manager

BLINK Dance Theatre is looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and deliver on our company’s core business strategy and be central to our bustling weekly activities.

This is a senior position working alongside BLINK’s 4 Co-Artistic Directors; Rachel Gildea, Francis Majekodunmi, Vicki Hawkins and Delson Weekes. You will also work closely with our Access and Inclusion Manager, Digital Communications Manager and Finance Assistant. 

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience of working closely with artistic team members in delivering creative projects, financial and project management, and providing high-level administrative support across all departments. 

This is a four-day-a-week role, assuming a minimum of 32 hours per week. The post will be based at our new London home in Nine Elms, Wandsworth, but we anticipate a degree of home and flexible working. 

The salary for this role is £39,000 pro rata (£31,200).
