BLINK are seeking an experienced Interim General Manager to oversee our operations, collaborate on strategy and help sustain cohesion, creativity and momentum with our small team.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive freelancer to provide administrative and operational support across the team.

As part of our commitment to promoting diversity in arts leadership and breaking down barriers to the arts, BLINK Dance Theatre has allocated a portion of our grant from Paul Hamlyn Foundations’ Arts-based Learning Fund to support work in the memory of David Ogwe. This funding supports our new Workshop Facilitator Traineeship, supporting an emerging facilitator from the Global Majority through paid training, ongoing support, and a contribution to additional costs.

We are looking for more artists with learning disabilities to join our teaching team for paid, ad-hoc work!
